WHY HAVE AN INSPECTION?
The purchase of a home or building is generally one of the largest single investments you can make. Therefore, knowing the conditions of that investment both positive and negative, is critical in finalizing the details of the transaction.
WHAT IS INSPECTED?

A systematic inspection of the following systems is reported at the time of the inspection:

ROOF EXTERIOR STRUCTURE FOUNDATION ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PLUMBING SYSTEM
ATTIC & INSULATION HVAC (Air Conditioning System) INTERIOR APPLIANCES
POOLS & EQUIPMENT* TERMITE* DOCKS & SEA WALL* (* additional charges apply)

-------- Reports include Digital photographs and are provided within 24 hours ---------

WHAT WILL IT COST?

Inspection fees will vary with the size of the home or building. The cost should not be a major concern in deciding whether to have an inspection or not. A well inspected building may be worth many times the fee in revealing both the positive and negative aspects of the property. Additionally, your choice of WHO provides the inspection should not be based solely on price.

An inspectors training and credentials are very important and should be considered as important, if not more so than price alone. Value, not price should be considered.

An inspection that includes such items as: Infrared Camera Thermography (to observe moisture & leaks), a key issue in South Florida, is critical in providing you with important information about the building, a MOLD assessment is also very important, is the less expensive inspector qualified to perform a meaningful mold assessment?

The VALUE of a more qualified inspector who provides a more detailed inspection is clear.

Ask questions regarding, Training and Experience, you'll find ours to be commendable.
